Haselwood Auto Group, a leading new and used car dealer on the Kitsap Peninsula, and Parr Auto Group, a new and used car auto group in Bremerton, announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement to which Haselwood Auto Group will acquire Parr Auto Group.
The Haselwood Auto Group currently operates five dealerships representing 11 manufacturer brands. Parr Auto Group operates two dealerships representing four manufacturer brands consisting of Ford, Mazda, Hyundai and Volkswagen that will come under the Haselwood umbrella.
After the transaction closes the dealerships will be known as West Hills Ford Mazda and Haselwood Volkswagen Hyundai. The combined group will continue to be led by Rick Wiler, owner of Haselwood Auto Group, as well as its experienced senior management team. Haselwood Auto Group will remain located in Bremerton, Washington with all dealerships in their current locations. Haselwood Auto Group will continue to pursue its strategy of operational excellence, superior customer service and passionate community involvement in the Greater Kitsap area.

The transaction is expected to be completed in December of 2015.
